Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1 C Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 4 Tsp. Milk
  • 1 1/2 C Powder sugar sifted

Step 1

1. Melt butter in med sauce pan over low/med heat. Once butter is melted, stir in brown sugar. Bring mixture to boil & stir over med/low heat for 2min. Once at boil, stir in milk. Bring back to a boil stirring constatly so as not to burn. Boil for addtional 2min.
2. Remove from heat and cool to luke warm.
3. Gradually add powder sugar. Beat until thick enought to spread. If it gets to thick, add SMALL amounts of milk a little at a time until thin enough to spread over cake. Enough to do one 13x9 cake.
