- 3 medium avocados -- peeled and crushed
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes -- drained
- 1/2 cup cilantro -- chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion -- finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic -- minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons red bell pepper -- minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- minced
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper -- as desired
- 2 teaspoons lime juice

Peel avocados and remove large seed in the center. Drain Rotel tomatoes. Chop onions and cilantro. Mince garlic.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir while smashing the avocados gently, leaving some chunks. Serve with tortilla chips.
