Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamb.
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can chili beans with liquid
- 2 15 oz. cans Mexican tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 pkg. spicy taco seasoning
- Chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger, onions & celery until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients & bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium & cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid thickens, about 20 minutes. Top with chopped cilantro when serving.
