  • 6 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 Pkg.(6 oz) stove top stuffing mix for pork.
  • 1 can(21 oz) apple pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Prepare stuffing as directed on box. Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13X9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chops and stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes and remove foil. Continue cooking for 15 minutes longer or until chops are done(160).
