  • 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2" lengths
  • 2 tbsp. raspberry wine vinaigrette
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

Steam or boil asparagus until tender, about 2 min.; drain. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. Add the asparagus and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the chives and sesame seeds.
