Ingredients
- 1/4 C white onion, chopped
- 1/4 C celery, chopped
- 1/4 C green pepper, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, fine
- Pinch thyme, cayenne
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 # crabmeat
- 1/8 C green onions
- 1/4 C Romano cheese
- Dash Worcestershire
- fresh bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onioon, celery, green pepper, garlic and thyme in 1 stick butter until onion transparent. Add crabmeat, green onions, cayenne and Worcestershire. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix in with remaining ingredients and pat into 12 cakes and saute in remaining butter.
