Ingredients
- 1/2# 1# Butter
- 5 oz 10 oz Onion diced
- 5 oz 10 oz Celery diced
- 4 oz 8 oz Carrots diced
- 3 large 3 large Potatoes - small dice
- 1-1/2 TBSP 3 TBSP Clam Base
- (I use a bottle for 1/2 and 2 bottles of clam juice
- if I don't have Clam base)
- 1 tsp 2 tsp Chicken base or cubes
- salt, white pepper to taste
- 1 qt (32 oz) 2 qt (64 oz) Chopped clams &
- juice or I use 3 cans or 6 cans of chopped clams)
- 1 qt (32 oz) 2 qt (64 oz) Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup 1/2 Cup Flour

Step 1
Saute onion, celery, carrot in butter until weeping. Add flour. Add clams, bases, and juice. Add potatoes and simmer. Before serving, add cream and simmer.
