Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 C. breadcrumbs
- 1/4 C. fresh italian parsley minced
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 Tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. dry mustard
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 C. barbecue sauce
- 3/4 C. tomato paste
- 1/3 C. ketchup
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. water, as needed
- 1 Tsp. liquid smoke

Step 1
Combine meatball ingredients. Form into walnut sized balls. Bake meatballs in shallow baking dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned.
