Ingredients
- 5 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup parm cheese
- 1-1/4 cup Kraft 4 cheese italiano cheese, shredded
- 1 package fresh spinach, cooked well drained and chopped
- 1/2 tsp basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced

Step 1
Stir together all ingredients, except the tomatoes and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 9" square pan. Top with the tomatoes.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with the reserved cheese, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
Cut into small squares.
