Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard

Step 1
In small saucepan heat butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir about 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in blueberries, wine, and sugar. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Mash berries lightly with a potato masher. Simmer for 2 to 4 minutes more or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in mustard; cool. Chill for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 1 cup. Each 1-tbsp. serving 79 cal, 1 g fat, 2 mg chol, 63 mg sodium>, 3 g carb, 0 9 fiber, 0 g pro.
