Ingredients
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed of tough ends and cut in half
- 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
- 1/2 lb Tilapia fish (or Basa)
- 1/3 cup VH® Medium Garlic Rib Sauce
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- PAM® Cooking Spray

Tip: If desired, add extra flavor by sprinkling 2 tbsp each of finely chopped green onions and fresh cilantro on fish when it comes out of the oven.
