Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 C heavy cream
- 1/2 C dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 C pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and gradually mix in sugar, butter and salt. Whip cream gently for 1 minute and stir into egg mixture with corn syrup. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour in 9” pie shell and bake 40-50 minutes in 375 °F oven.
