    can Pillsbury Pizza dough

  • 1

    jar Pizza sauce

  • ½

    lb Ground beef

  • 2

    Peperoni sticks, diced small

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese or pizza blend pre-shredded cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

  • 1



Preheat oven to 375*. Crack open can and flatten out pizza dough; stretch out dough to about 12" x 18". Cut into 6 squares, about 6"x6". Spray a large muffin tin with non-stick spray and gently place each dough square into each cup with the corners up over the top. Cook ground beef and diced peperoni until ground beef is fully cooked. Fill each dough square with layers of meat, pizza sauce and cheeses. Fill each pocket until mounded and fold corners over top to seal. Brush the tops of each pocket with scrambled egg wash. Bake until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
