Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 4 Cups pecans

Step 1
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon in small bowl. Whisk egg white in large bowl until frothy. Add pecans to egg white and toss until well coated. Add sugar mixture and toss. Spread pecans on cookie sheet. Bake until crisp about 20 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes of cooking.
