  • 1/2 cup ground walnut meats
  • 3/4 cup crushed gingersnap crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) brewed espresso, at room temperature

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Bake in a moderate oven (350 F) for 8 minutes. Cool.
