  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
  • 2 cups green beans, lightly steamed
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds and pepper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken,beans, celery and onion. Add the yogurt mixture; toss to coast. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hr before serving.
