Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups cake flour
  • 1Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs

Step 1


Heat Oven to 350 deg. Coat 9" x 5" loaf pan with baking spray
In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients
In a measuring cup combine eggnog and vanilla
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in half the flour mixture followed by half of the eggnog mixture. Beat in remaining ingredients.
Transfer to loaf pan bake for 45 to 55 minutes
