Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets or steaks around 3/4" thick
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 TBS minced Garlic
  • 2 TBS Paul Prudomme Seafood Seasoning or other Seafood Seasoning

Step 1

If fish has skin on one side, you can carefully remove it using a very sharp knife. Slide blade between skin and meat and slowly and carefully cut off skin. Skin may be left on during cooking and removed after fish is cooked. Just don't eat it.

Mix oil, garlic and seasoning together, pour into a pan and add fish. Flip fish to cover with mixture. Leave fish in marinade for 1 hour if possible, flip over after 30 min.

Grill 4-5 minutes each side. Less time if you have a fillet and it is thin.

Serve with lemon.
