  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 3 c milk, scalded
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Layer 1/3 of potatoes in a buttered 8 cup baking dish. Combine flour, salt & pepper in cup and sprinkle 1/2 over potatoes. Repeat layers. Add milk (should just be visible between top slices)

Cover and bake at 375° for 45 min. Uncover and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake an additional 15 min or until potatoes are tender.
