Ingredients
- 1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 5 cups cornflakes
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs, unbeaten

Step 1
Measure nuts, coconut, cornflakes and sugar into large bowl. Break eggs over dry ingredients and mix well with hands until evenly moistened. Shape with hands into cookies about 2 inches round. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes.
(Oven temperature was left out of this recipe. I'd try a batch at 350 F for 10 or 12 minutes - then up the next batch to 375 if that's too cool).
