Ingredients
- 2 pounds of hamburger
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 green pepper
- 4 cups of celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oregano ( or more )
- 3 or 4 bay leaves
- 10 drops of worchestershire
- 5 drops tabasco
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes (28 oz )
- 2 cans tomato paste ( 5 1/2 oz ) ( I use sauce rather than paste )

Preparation
Step 1
1.Brown hamburger .
2. Drain fat and add the onion and green pepper and celery.
3. Cook slightly.
4. Add all other ingredients to the pot and simmer until thickened.
