Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 pounds of hamburger
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 cans mushrooms
• 1 small onion
• 1 green pepper
• 4 cups of celery
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 4 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp oregano ( or more )
• 3 or 4 bay leaves
• 10 drops of worchestershire
• 5 drops tabasco
• 2 cans of diced tomatoes (28 oz )
• 2 cans tomato paste ( 5 1/2 oz ) ( I use sauce rather than paste )

Preparation

Step 1

1.Brown hamburger .
2. Drain fat and add the onion and green pepper and celery.
3. Cook slightly.
4. Add all other ingredients to the pot and simmer until thickened.
