Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. can chopped green chilis
  • 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 16 oz. carton of sour cream

Step 1

Layer chilis with cheese in the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine the eggs and sour cream, beat and pour on top of the chili cheese mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until it puffs like a souffle.
