Ingredients
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 t. olive oil
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 can (15 oz) white kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

Step 1
In large nonstick skillet coated with Pam, saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender.l Stir in tomato and seasonings; cook 3-4 minutes longer. Add beans; cook and stir until heated through.
