By

I had never made deviled eggs and I received this recipe from Aunt Glori. The family has always requested my Deviled Eggs for every holiday meal.

Preparation

Step 1

Add the eggs to a pot of cold water. Cook the eggs on HIGH until the water becomes a rolling boil. Cook the eggs for an additional 15 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and run cool/luke warm water over the eggs for 5 - 10 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut each egg in half. Carefully, using a teaspoon, spoon out the yolks and place the yolks in a small bowl. Place the egg whites in a separate container. Mash the egg yolks with a fork so that no lumps remain. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed egg yolks; Mix together well. Spoon the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle paprika over the top of each egg. Place the deviled eggs in the refrigerator before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
