Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/3 cup light teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups Minute® Brown Rice or Minute® White Rice, uncooked
- 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips

Preparation
Step 1
1. HEAT oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add steak and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until steak is cooked through (160ºF).
2. ADD water and the teriyaki sauce; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, broccoli and red peppers. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. LET stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
