Oriental Broccoli Slaw

I typically use slightly less oil than what this recipe calls for. Olive oil also works well in place of the vegetable oil.

Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 2 pkgs. chicken Ramen noodles (crushed)
- 2 small bags broccoli slaw
- 1 cup blanched almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions
- *Set aside noodle seasoning packets for dressing.
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup sugar (or a little less)
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- seasoning packets from noodles

Mix salad ingredients together.
Make dressing, blending well, and then
pour over salad just before serving.
