- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1 cup (or 3 medium) ripe mashed bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat Bisquick
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, Splenda, mashed banana, egg and vanilla. Add baking mix and walnuts. Spread batter into loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
