  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 cup (or 3 medium) ripe mashed bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups lowfat Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, Splenda, mashed banana, egg and vanilla. Add baking mix and walnuts. Spread batter into loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
