Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded or thin sliced lean H-E-B Fully Cooked Texas Brisket, trim off all fat
- 2 Tbsp. Easy Red Wine Vinaigrette, see recipe
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1 thin slice yellow sweet onion, rings separated
- 1 H-E-B Pickled Jalapeño, thin sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 c. H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! All American Salad Blend

Preparation
Step 1
Layer the brisket, vinaigrette, tomato, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, shredded cheese and salad greens on a dinner plate. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss salad before serving.
For Work Lunch: Place the salad in the same layers in an H-E-B Tough & Easy container and take to work. Keep refrigerated and toss before serving.
