Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Mushooms
- 8 oz Shrimp and Crab
- 1/2 Cup Grated Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmessan Cheese
- 2 Cups Cooked Linguine
- WHITE SAUCE
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- Dash White Pepper

Step 1
1. Clean Shrimp/Crab meat, set aside
2. Make White Sauce, set aside
3. Cook and rinse Linguine
4. Saute mushrooms with butter, add broccoli and cook until tender.
5. Combine all other ingredients and cook on low for approximately 15-20 minutes.
6. Serve over Linguine with additional parmesan cheese.
