Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach – defrost and squeeze out all the juice
  • 1 to 2 (5-ounce) cans of sliced water chestnuts, diced into small pieces
  • 1 (8-ounce) container of 1% cottage cheese, blend with a handheld blender or in a traditional blender until smooth and creamy
  • 1 packet ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Mix spinach, water chestnuts, cottage cheese and ranch dressing together and enjoy!
