  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Step 1

Sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder into a large bowl. In another small bowl mix the eggs and milk well, until light and frothy.

Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients and wisk vigorously until well blended and smooth. Laddle waffle mixture into the waffle iron and bake according to manufacture directions.
