  • 1 17.3oz pkg frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 C fresh grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 C butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 °F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

On a lightly floured surface, unfold pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 13 strips, about 3/4" x 10" apiece.

In shallow dish, combine cheese, basil and garlic. Brush pastry sticks with melted butter. Roll pastry in cheese mixture, lightly coating each side. Gently twist pastry sticks and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
