Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 lb. ham cut into small pieces
  • 24 spinach leaves - roughly cut
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 C half & half
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 C chopped green onion
  • 1 C grated swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on bottom. Add ham. Cover with spinach.

Whisk together eggs, sour cream, half & half and spices. Sprinkle green onions. Add cheese. Pour egg mixture. Cover pan with foil. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Take off foil and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Bake at 325
