- As many cherry tomatoes as you want to prepare
- kosher salt
- peppered vodka

Step 1
Pour boiling water over tomatoes and let stand a few seconds; drain and remove skin. Place in airtight container and cover with vodka. Seal and let refrigerate overnight.
Drain before serving. Serve using toothpicks so they may be dipped in salt before eating.
