Ingredients
- Mix well and pour over crust:
- Prepare Zwieback Crust and chill
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 3/4 # softened cream cheese
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Bake at 375 °F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and dust with cinnamon. Let cool to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 425 °F. Mix well and pour over cake:
- 1 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Bake about 5 minutes to glaze. Remove from oven and sprinkle the 2-3T of graham crust that was reserved (see below). Let cool and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
