Ingredients
- 1/2 # chicken livers
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- pinch cayenne
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp powdered cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 C rendered chicken fat

Step 1
Cover livers with water and bring to foil. Lower heat and simmer, covered for 15-20 minutes, until just done. Drain and put into blender with all ingredients except chicken fat. Pack into jars and seal with chicken fat.
