Ingredients
- 2.25 cups flour
- 3/4 cup Dutch cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1.25 cps malted milk powder
- 1 cup veg oil
- 3 eggs, room temp
- 1 cup sour cream, room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tin with paper liners. Whisk together flour, cocoa, both sugars, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk and malted milk powder until dissolved.
With a mixer, beat flour mix, milk mix, and oil until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until incorporated. Add sour cream and vanilla, beat until combined.
Scoop into liners, filling each halfway. Bake, 15-18 minutes.
