Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar

  • 1 Cup Light Corn Syrup

  • ½ Cup water

  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds, raw

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions

Mix sugar, corn syrup & water and bring to a boil in a sauce pan (212 degrees). Add sunflower seeds and heat to 275 degrees. Add butter and continue cooking until mixture reaches 300 degrees. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Pour onto two greased cookie sheets; cool
