Ingredients
- 3 cans cream corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. crushed saltines
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, mix cream corn, eggs, 1/4 cup of butter, and half of the cracker crumbs. Pour into a pan.
In a smaller bowl, mix remaining butter and cracker crumbs, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
Bake 30-40 minutes.
