Ingredients
- 1 can chunk breast of chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces chopped black olives
- Salsa to taste
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 medium chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash hands.
2. Drain chicken, place in microwave safe bowl.
3. Add cheese and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (stir).
4. Crush tortilla chips and place on plate.
5. Top with chopped lettuce, olives and t
tomatoes.
6. Top with warm chicken from microwave.
7. Add as much salsa as you like. Top with sour cream.
