Chocolate Caramel Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup coarsley chopped peacans
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 227g pkg Hershey's caramels
- 2 tbsp milk or light cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet baking chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour and brown sugar
2. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press into greased 13 * 9 pan.
3. Bake at 350 degree for 12-15 minutes or until light golden.
4. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over crust. Cover with condensed milk.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until filling is set. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
6. Heat caramels and cream in small saucepan until melted. Drizzle over filling.
7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
8. Cool completely and cut into bars
