Ingredients
- 1 package (9-10 ounce) cheese tortellini (9-10 ounces dry tortellini=about 4 cups cooked)
- 5 medium tomatoes, stems and seeds removed and diced
- 1½ cups diced, cooked chicken, turkey or ham
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, peeled and diced
- 3 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Buttermilk Dressing
- or, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Dressing
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan or Swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and let cool.
In a large bowl, add the tomatoes, chicken, broccoli, onion, cheese, and dressing and toss with enough of the dressing to coat evenly. Serve garnished with parsley. Chill before serving.
