Ingredients
- 3 lb. flank steaks
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ tbs. minced fresh herbs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Pierce steaks with a fork. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and transfer the steaks and the marinade to a heavy duty plastic bag. Press the air out of the bag and marinade the steaks for a minimum of 6 hours.
Grill steaks on an oiled rack. Thinly slice steak diagonally across the grain.
