- 12 oz center cut bacon
- 1 lb speghetti
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4-1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the bacon and break into pieces. Cook the speghetti in salted water with olive oil, drain well.
Whisk eggs and cream together.
Add the eggs and cream mixture, cheese and bacon to the drained hot spaghetti noodles. Add the melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
