Microwave Rocky Road Brownie Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 cup walnut halves, 3/4 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 3/4 cup butter, 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, 1 1/2 cup sugar,3 eggs, 16 Large marshmallows, 20 milk choc kisses and ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Chop walnuts. Place in bowl and set aside. Combine flour,baking powder and salt in bowl.Cut butter into pieces and chop unsweetened choc and place in bowl, microwave 1-2 minutes until melted.Add sugar and eggs to choc mixture, whisk until smooth.Fold in flour mixture and 1/2 cup walnuts.Pour batter into DEEP COVERED BAKER evenly.Microwave uncovered 5-7 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Snip marshmallows in half. Top brownie with marshmallows, choc kisses and remaining walnuts.Microwave covered 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows soften.Let stand covered for 5 minutes and serve.
