  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 fresh or canned Tomatillo, diced (1/4 cup)
  • 1 or 2 fresh or canned jalopena peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 T snipped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
