Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, diced (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 fresh or canned Tomatillo, diced (1/4 cup)
- 1 or 2 fresh or canned jalopena peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 T snipped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 to 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
