Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely broken pecans
- 4 eggs

Cooking time 1mins
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan boil the sugar & corn syrup together
for 2 or 3 minutes. Beat the eggs (not to stiff) .
Slowly pour the hot syrup into the beaten eggs,
stirring as you do so. Stir in the butter, vanilla & pecans. Turn into pie shell. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 1 hr.
