Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 tab. minced fresh ginger (opt.)
- 1 tab. minced garlic
- 2 tab. chopped cilantro
- freshly grounded black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean beef sirloin, cut into 12 pieces, about 2 inch cubes.

Step 1
Mix marinade in a bowl. Add sirloin, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate over night until use. Preheat broiler. Remove beef from marinade and thread onto 4 skewers on a the diagonal. Place meat 4 inches from heat. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.
