Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 6)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 48 oz. jar great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 small jar jalepeno peppers
- 1 can chicken broth, (soup size) if needed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a small amount of butter, saute chicken, onion, celery and garlic until chicken is cooked.
2. Add soups, beans, cheese, 3 tablespoons of chopped jalepenos and chicken broth (*If fat free soup is used decrease the chicken broth until desired "chili" consistency is achieved).
3. Cook over low heat on stovetop for one hour. Adjust jalepenos as desired.
